Binu Jacob, is a visionary leader with over 30 years of professional experience. He holds a Master’s in Management and Systems from IIT Delhi and an Engineering degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Binu is a classically trained singer, blending his passion for music with his professional endeavors. His love for music extends beyond performance—he believes in the power of rhythm and melody to inspire creativity and collaboration.
He is also an advocate for sustainability, currently developing an ecovillage that embodies his vision for minimalistic living, environmental stewardship, and community engagement. Aakash Binu
Aakash is a vocalist, guitarist and Tabla player, with a diploma in Western Popular Music from BIMM London. He was featured on Indian television as a child prodigy on two music shows and has trained in Indian classical music since childhood.
Beginning his tryst with the city as a student, Aakash broke into the London music scene, performing alongside South Indian pop sensation Shwetha Mohan at the Troxy London.

Brook Horowitz, is a globally recognized expert in responsible business, ethics, and corporate sustainability. A graduate of Cambridge and Harvard, he played a key role in GE’s expansion in Eastern Europe during the 1990s. Later, he joined the International Business Leaders Forum, a Prince of Wales charity dedicated to advancing corporate responsibility in emerging markets. In 2014, he co-founded IBLF Global, an NGO promoting responsible business through collective action.
With extensive experience leading business integrity projects across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, Brook has collaborated with organizations like the UK Prosperity Fund, DFID, EBRD, and UNDP. Manjit Singh is a composer, educator, and cultural leader who has played a key role in shaping New Zealand’s multicultural music landscape.

Holding a master’s in music education, he teaches Indian music at the University of Auckland’s School of Music, where his work promotes the integration of ethnic music into mainstream education. His compositions and collaborations span global stages—from creating music for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 opening ceremony to projects with jazz icon Nathan Haines, the award-winning Avantdale Bowling Club album Years Gone By, and sitar maestro Purbayan Chatterjee. His musical film directorial debut was recognised at 19 international festivals, winning awards for direction, screenplay, lyrics, and music. On a lifelong journey to explore world music, Unnee trains under Ustad Ghulam Niyaz Khan of the Rampur-Sahaswaan Hindustani tradition while also engaging with Western classical and operatic forms, bridging cultures through a singular expressive voice. Alongside his artistic pursuits, he is a senior leader in software engineering and product management, with a strong track record in building scalable systems and driving innovation. As Convenor of a Melbourne community radio group, he fosters cultural exchange and inclusivity, enriching society through creativity and dialogue.
